Finally we sent you a mail stating all details related to project. However if you have any questions/doubts, please feel free to ask with our staff before making your final confirmation.
We have dedicated Engineers to work on your project step by step, by dividing development process into different stages. We spend a huge amount of time & resources on a project to complete analysis, to create first sketches and layout of your website project. This all done to make you understand our working process and to remove the potential for project cancellation and any future disputes. At Emaad Infotech, we spend a huge time to achieve every stage of development process, hence refund will not be possible for work already done.
No refund will be entertained once the client approves logo & Website mockup designs and we move into the development stage of your website project. Please keep in mind that SEO and digital marketing packages are not refundable.
We do offer a 80% refund the amount paid if cancellation is done within 24 hrs of confirmation of website project, that too if the project has not been initiated by the graphic designer/web designer/developer/content writer/SEO expert or any other resource and/or staff.
